 HOT HONEY - CHILI-INFUSED HONEY

Kaiserson’s Hot Honey is infused with a blend of chili peppers, cinnamon, and a dash of vinegar. Its balanced flavor is made for a midwest palate - just enough heat to know it’s there without scorching your face off! Try it on pizza, stir fry, or any of your favorite savory dishes. Or if you’re like Drew, try it on Ice Cream for an extra zip!

 

 

 TULSI INFUSED HONEY

Holy Basil, aka Tulsi, is a beautiful herb, grown by the beautiful people at Sacred Blossom Farm south of Mondovi, WI. We are thrilled with this one! It’s medicinal in all the right ways, with an herbal quality that keeps you wanting another taste. Try it with your favorite hot beverage, drizzled on creamy cheese, or in your favorite salad dressing.

 

 VANILLA INFUSED HONEY

Is it redundant to say honey is like candy? We don’t think so! We infused this nectar with a fistful of whole vanilla beans for way longer than we should have. This golden-hued exlier has waves of flavor great for your latte, or a scone, or whatever your heart can dream up!

 

 

 LAVENDER INFUSED HONEY

What a floral bomb! We take an already floral base honey and up the ante with aromatic buds from our buds at Pondview Lavender Farm in Chippewa Falls. If you like Lavender, you’ll love this infusion. It’s great on soft cheeses, in a cup of tea, or dressing a fruit salad.

 

 

 HIBISCUS INFUSED HONEY

You may be catching on that we dig infusing tea botanicals into our honey. Our hibiscus-infused honey is floral and fruity with notes of elderberry and tamarind. Whether you’re seeking the health benefits of hibiscus or just a flavor-tripper like use, you’ll have to give this one a try!

 

 

 COFFEE INFUSED HONEY

From time to time, we’re asked to give something a try. When the folks at Woodland Coffee Roasters asked us to put their coffee into honey, we thought, Why the heck not, We like them both! Boy, were we surprised at how good this turned out! We used their single-origin Ethiopian beans to effectively make a cold brew with honey instead of water. It’s chocolately and fruity and hits with roasty goodness when the sweetness dissipates. Whether you want to make this into a cocktail, a dessert, or some savory dish we haven’t yet thought of, it’s sure to be a hit

 

 

 SINGLE-ORIGIN RAW HONEYS (VARIOUS)

Kaiserson’s single-origin, hyper-local raw honeys are harvested in small, sustainable batches. Each harvest is unique, based on its location and harvest date. Strained, not filtered, and never heated. Kaiserson’s laborious process results in nuanced flavors and optimum nutrient density.
